For our rental photoshoots directed at these rental listing sites, we have designed a straightforward approach that allows us to showcase each property in the best way possible to ensure maximum listing views on sites. We do require all properties be showing ready upon our arrival and this is because we want our creators to focus entirely on the home and creating the best shots possible. Being prepared before we arrive is critical to getting the highest quality images possible. Our Photography Process
Every home is unique and as the person listing your rental space, we believe you know details of these properties better than we can. That’s why our process starts at the booking stage of the process and the different styles of photography we offer. When placing your order we will ask for location, style, and we prefer to have a summary of the property which ensures we know all the details before scheduling.
Once on-site our photographers will walk around the outside & interior before we begin shooting. Being prepared in advance with a house free of people, pets & vehicles allows our photographers the chance to focus on the job at hand and make small adjustments to the property where needed. All our photography is done using a variety of wide angle, non-distortion photography lenses, a set of off camera strobes and a sturdy tripod. Then after the photoshoot, all images will be sent off to our team of professional editors in order to create the most accurate representation of your property possible.
Each room is treated as its own composition. Most rooms will be photographed facing the largest set of windows to maximize appearance of space and ceiling height. Most kitchens will get an upclose view featuring all the appliances. Everything we do is for the sole purpose of getting more feet in the door of these properties and if there are special things you want moved or re-arranged during the shoot we ask that you be there to do so because our staff will not move or adjust anything that can be broken…
