Website scope

This notice covers information handled through the Picture Your Property public website. External services have their own notices and terms.

Information you choose to submit

A contact inquiry may include its category, your name, reply address, message, and consent to a response. Do not submit payment information, passwords, access codes, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

How submitted information is used

PyP uses submitted information to route and answer inquiries, provide requested services, support existing clients, and protect the form from misuse. A visitor cannot select or override the form recipient.

Ordering and Authority Engine services

Order Media links open Aryeo, an external ordering service governed by its own notices and terms. The Authority Engine sends selected answers to a same-origin WordPress endpoint, which relays the request to the configured PyP Operations Hub without exposing server credentials to the browser.

Service providers and routine logs

Hosting, email, security, ordering, and operations providers may process information as needed to operate the site and answer requests. Routine request logs may include an IP address, browser type, URL, timestamp, and security events. PyP does not sell information submitted through the general inquiry form.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no Internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact PyP by email instead of using the form. The website is intended for business and property-media inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Questions or requests about website information may be sent to info@pictureyourproperty.net.
